This is a great exercise for cardio and leg conditioning.
1. Start in a squat position and hold onto dumbells for extra resistance
2. Then jump up, and land softly in squat postion then propel yourself upwards again

2. Then lower your legs down to the ground working your abs.

1. Start by holding dumbells while leaning forward on an incline bench.
2. Row the dumbell upwards taking the elbow back as you bring the dumbells up to work on your lats.

This way of doing dumbell kickbacks will make it harder for you to cheat when doing triceps!
1. Start by placing your body face down on an incline bench, then raise your elbows up to parallel with your shoulders while holding lightweight dumbells. You won't be able to do heavy ones!  then in a small movement kick the dumbell backwards while keeping your elbows in the same place.
