Eek my pants have been a little tight lately so I think I'd better get that under control before I have to move up a size. My top half is growing too but I think, hope fingers crossed, that its muscle. I have been doing cardio to keep the fat at bay, but you know me and my love/hate (mostly hate) relationship with cardio, I admit not putting too much intensity into it.  I usually walk Trixie twice a day with one of those walks usually at an off leash area where she gets a good run around - maybe I should run around with her. 

I have been doing 3 x 30min stationary bike a week while watching Top Chef or Ramsay's kitchen nightmares, but you know, I put in the effort but probably don't really push myself too hard.  I'm sure I'm burning the calories but perhaps not the rate I should be!

I hadn't seen big L since the Nth Hbr Champs in Nov, so I thought it was about time for a catch up and see what Lisa B's plans are for the year.

As you can see, she's still the show pony and looking good. Still eating clean, even bringing her lunch to McCafe - yes McCafe is THE hangout.

Thought whole thing was a rip off actually!

You've been going great guns on your diet and exercise regime for the past few weeks and you've lost a couple of kgs. You decide to go on the scales again to see how much you lost this week BUT low and behold the scales have gone up a kg.  How did that happen?  you haven't pigged out and eaten what you're supposed to.

Then you remember.  That's right, my 'friend' is visiting me soon. But still knowing that your period is coming doesn't make it any easier to see the increased number on the scales does it my fellow girlfriends!  Last week you had awesome definition but now its gone, and your butt feels huge (well I know mine does).

Sample Image  You've finally got your mind into GO mode. You're mentally prepared to get into a clean diet plan and you're also working out hard in the gym, you're even getting up early to do cardio!  You've got yourself in the zone now where you just want or more likely HAVE to do some cardio or workout because you feel guilty if you don't.  But hold your horses!  too much of a good thing can be bad for you.  
I know its ironic me telling you to slow down on your exercise regime, especially when I recommend you do more exercise so you can lose weight, afterall the more regularly we workout the more calories and fat we burn. So it probably sounds strange for me to discuss the importance of gaining plenty of rest between exercise sessions especially when you want to go go go.  But here goes!
