Anorexia Nervosa is not an easy subject to talk about.  But our new Ninja Warrior Ninja Princess Sam Murphy has braved many issues in her young life and talking about her eating disorder is one she hopes will help others out there deal with their own issues with food and self image. 
Some of you will know Sam through facebook and have seen the amazing photography and graphic design work she has done.  You will know Sam as that happy go lucky (and at times a little crazy) lady who's passion for fitness and incredible creativity is second to none.  However, you will not know the dark side she'd had to conquer to reach the current happy point in her life.

Model Mum

A single mum, a Personal Trainer, a massage therapist, a figure competitor and now our Wonder Woman!

Michelle Dixon was recently featured at rockbodz.com by Maria Dunlop and we thought the questions are so good, we couldn't do any better so we thought we'd just transfer her story to our wonder woman page so thanks Maria for letting us share this.
 


You can't miss Michelle Dixon at a contest.  She's the one smiling, hugging everyone and is usually one of the more glammed up and gorgeous girls on stage.  And yet she is humble modest and dedicated figure.  Not only to her sport but to her 2 huge boys, whom she raised on her own for 11 years.  An awesome effort in itself!  

In this profile, you'll find out how Michelle pretty much pulled herself by up by her bra straps to successfully forge out a career in the fitness industry and what drives her to compete in figure competitions.

Congrats to Annette who won her class and Overall at the NABBA WFF Southern Hemisphere on Gold Coast 27 May while Hamish Coulter and Richard Parnham placed 3rd in their class 3 and 4 respectively.
