alt  Personal Trainer and Hairdresser Kristy Thomson is 3 days away from competing at her 2nd Australian Grand Prix.  Interestingly, this will be Kristy's 23rd show in 12 years! so she has plenty of experience under her belt - or bikini as the case maybe.

As you can see from this pic taken on 6 March she's looking contest ready with her full and lean figure.

4 March: Claire did an incredible job at the Arnold's in a class of 23 athletes managing to get the first call out.  Unfortunately she did not move further in the competition but she looked great against the international competition.  Well done Claire!

You may remember our profile on Supergirl Annalise Chase last year when we talked to her Mum (Raechelle) about her achievements as a cheerleader.

This year 12 year old Annalise has given up Cheerleading and concentrating on competing in the first ever children's fitness class in the NZIFBB organisation in August 2012.

The age divisions in the Children's fitness is: 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15 years old.

In this video interview with Annalise (and her trainer Nuria Novia) she tells us about her training regime and how she plans to take over from her fitness idol Adela Garcia!
