Janere Reid
When Janere Reid walked on stage at the NZIFBB Auckland Champs in May this year with her full muscled figure and great symmetry, everybody thought 'wow who is this girl' and where is she from???.

We've been on a fact finding mission and found out that Janere is a kiwi living in Adelaide Australia and is quite an accomplished figure.  Since her first contest as a sportsmodel in 2006, she's progressed to win overall figure titles in the INBA, WNBF and NABBA/WFF organisations in South Australia.
Coupled with her accomplishments on stage, 41 year old Janere is also solo Mum, successfuly raising 2 teens aged 14 and 18 year olds on her own. But that's not all!  She also works as a Personal Trainer at World Gym.

In this update we ask Janere what inspired her to compete at the Auckland Champs and will we see her compete here again.  Plus she gives us a peek at her contest training and diet, and also gives advice on how to stick to your diet plans.
